Description: The protected program (or DDNet) occasionally freezes and does not respond until the dongle is removed from the system. Then you are likely to get error 128, but other errors are possible.
Solution: Either upgrade the software to version 4.20 release 3 (or higher) or use a different USB connector location on the machine (e.g. if you are using the USB connection from the back of the machine then try the connection at the front of the machine, if possible).
Notes: This is a rare problem and is caused by certain USB controllers. It may be that different USB connections on the same machine have different USB controllers, hence the suggestion to try another location. This problem is fixed in version 4.20.3.
