This error can only occur if you are using one of the debug modules.
The only reported occurance of this problem is 1213/10 on Linux. In this case the problem is caused if the main process has called signal(SIGCHLD, SIG_IGN) before calling the debug module. This problem was fixed at some point in v7.6.1. Upgrade to the latest version of the SDK to fix the 1213/10 issue under Linux.
