Program: Protected Program

Description: This applies to a DinkeyNet dongle. This error probably means that you have programmed your DinkeyNet dongle specifying "per product" network users but when you protected your software you specified "per program" network users (or vice versa). The program and the dongle must be programmed with either "per product" or "per program".

Solution: Either re-protect your software or issue an update code to modify the settings in your dongle. The network users value is stored in the dongle and so it is ignored when you add protection to your software. Note - it is a good idea to save protection parameters in a DDP file and then they will be the same whenever you protect your software or program your dongle.
