Disabling USB interrupt endpoint messages in Linux

On some Linux systems you may see messages like this appear on the console each time a dongle is attached to the computer:

"usbhid 2-1:1.0 couldn't find n input interrupt endpoint"

You can prevent this from occurring by running the following command (as root):

dmesg -n 1

This changes the level at which dmesg outputs to the console.
