When I enter my update code in DDchange I get the error 'Could not find file no. 1 in ddremote list - Contact your supplier'.

This error means that when you generated the code in DDRemote you specified changes to a particular file name. When the update code was entered into DDChange we could not find this program name in the dongle.

Note: we do not store the exact file name if it is a long file name (i.e. name longer than 8 characters or extension longer than 3 characters). See related article for more information on this
