First check that the LED is lit on the dongle.
If the LED is on: This indicates that the drivers have been installed correctly and the software should be detecting the dongle. Check the error code that your software is giving and look up what it means using the error number search above.
If the LED is off: This indicates that the drivers have not been installed correctly. To correct this, perform a full driver reinstall (see related articles below for instructions).
