Problem: The Software Key detected is for the wrong model of dongle (e.g. Dinkey Pro Lite but Dinkey Pro Plus expected).
Solution: Create a new Software Key, making sure that the dongle model that you specify is the same as the one that was specified when the protected software was locked by DinkeyAdd.
