Problem: Unexpected value returned by encrypted communication with the dongle.

Solution: Dinkey Pro/FD SDK version 7.1 contains code improvements that make this error very unlikely. If using an older version, update to the latest version of the SDK and reprotect your software.

If you receive error 484 using the latest version of the SDK, then it is likely that the dongle memory is corrupt and the dongle needs to be replaced. Contact our support team or your local distributor to arrange a replacement.
